The 2021 Range Rover Velar gains new interior tech

Since the launch of the first Velar in 2017, its been loved because of its powerful engine, reliability, and eye-catching great looks. Now the new model has got some changes. Let’s have a look at it.

Land Rover Range Rover Velar customers now can choose powertrain as three different options are here i.e. a 247 horsepower 2.0 Liter 4-cylinder that is available in current models, and two mild-hybrid powertrains both are 3.0 Liter 6-cylinder, one produces 335 horsepower and 354 lb-ft torque and another one produces 395 horsepower and 405 lb-ft of torque. Both the powertrains use an electric supercharger and a twin-scroll turbocharger.

In the interior, advanced technologies are integrated including a three-dimensional surround-view camera, cabin air filtration system, a new gear stalk, and a new infotainment system with two 10.0 inch touch screens. The infotainment system runs on new electrical architecture and promises better graphics and the ability to connect two phones with Bluetooth.

The automaker has added noise cancellation technology to make the cabin more quitter than ever. This tech monitors road vibrations and cancels out the extra noise to enter the interior. It can also configure the sounds coming in the cabin from passengers depending on their number and position in the vehicle.

The pricing of the 2021 Land Rover Range Rover Velar starts at $58,050 and rises to $60,050 for a 4-cylinder powertrain and the 6-cylinder powertrain starts at $65,050 and jumps to $78.050.
