DO NOT BUY SERVICE MAINT. PLANS AT THIS DEALERSHIP. YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY REGRET IT. DO NOT BUY VEHICLES AT THIS DEALERSHIP, YOU WILL REGRET IT. At this time I still have a damaged rim that Walker Acura has not addressed and the damage occurred 4-6 weeks ago. This dealership's has one of the worst service departments I've ever experienced. The service department has damaged my vehicle twice while performing normal maintenance (oil change & tire rotation). Both times the damage occurred to the rim of the vehicle ($600+ of damage). The dealership has yet to pay one of the shop's that had to provide service to my rim after it was replaced (replace ceramic coating) and the Director of Operations (Shannon Stucke) refuses to respond to e-mail's or return phone calls in a timely manner. Its been over a month since e-mail documentation was sent to Shannon and there has been no response whatsoever. This is what you should expect if you go to this dealership. You should expect the worst possible customer service experience. You should expect that they will damage your vehicle. While waiting to get my car back there were 5 other's waiting as well all expressing that they wish they never purchased their vehicle at this dealership as their experience has been the same as mine. Terrible.

Dropped off my RDX this morning for a routine oil change & tire rotation. Typically they don't start taking customers a minute before 8am but, it seems they are now opening their service dept at 7:30am which is helpful when trying to get to work for 8. Herman was my service advisor and he was very pleasant and took the time to answer all my inquiries. I was dropping off my car and would be back after work to pick it up so Herman offered to have my car washed as well. Naturally I did not decline the offer. Herman called me about 2 hours later to confirm my vehicle was ready. I have not gone to pick up my vehicle as yet so cannot comment on that part but, the drop off process was definitely a breeze! I strongly recommend asking for Herman at your next visit - he was awesome!

I purchased my RDX in 2016 and bought the pre-paid maintenance book which included 12 services at 5000 mile increments. Up until now this has been working out really well, but this time I was a little disappointed. I keep my glovebox locked, but when I got in my car after the maintenance was done and the car was washed I noticed that my glove box was unlocked. I don’t know why anyone would need to access my glovebox during an A1 service maintenance interval and car wash.

Absolutely horrible service. I have had to deal with Walker Acura twice for a flat tire. The first was after Hurricane Ida, so I tried to be understanding of that. They kept my car for two weeks to fix a flat tire. At this time I was displaced from the hurricane, but zero care or concern was given to that. They left me without a care and gave zero update on a time frame until several of my family members called and showed up and finally harassed someone to fix the tire. I have since had a similar situation, called them because they are my closest dealer, and was told they had my tire in stock. I asked if I could pay for it over the phone and pick it up in the morning. They told me no. They then sold the tire to someone else and could not have cared less that they left me stranded YET AGAIN. Needless to say someone else in the area was able to sell the tire to me and I WILL NOT be giving any business to Walker in the future.
