I bought a new car at this Honda location and they took very good care of me! Dustin helped me lock in the car I wanted quickly and helped me make a deal that I felt good about. It was the best car buying experience I've had. I also worked closely with Eric, one of the finance managers. He was very transparent about the cost of every add on and warranty. I was able to feel in control of my own car buying experience and guided well by the staff through the whole thing. I ended up with a sweet car for a reasonable price in this crazy market. Both Dustin and Eric answered my many questions and didn't make me feel like I was annoying them, but they listened and understood that I wanted to get the best deal i could get. I truly believe they helped me in every way they could, and I appreciate that. I am a happy customer and will be returning through the years to buy new or used cars as my kids get older. The sales representative I worked with was Oscar Santos. He was super willing to work with me and help me get into my dream car for a great price! I definitely recommend working with Oscar, as he’s in the business to help you find the right car for you and not just for his commission. Mike was so helpful in giving us a run-down on all the numbers and explained everything. He was giving us answers to questions we didn’t even know we had! Definitely ask for Mike, the finance manager, to help you with a lot of the explanations; he will give you an honest and clear answer to you questions. Working with Mike reaffirmed my decision in buying my car. I also worked with another representative, Logan. Logan was super kind and friendly, helped us setup a our car systems and showed us all the options on our car; made us feel comfortable and reassured our concerns. Super nice guy that will work to get you into the right car, can’t go wrong when you work with him.

We had a great experience shopping with this Honda Dealership. Yesterday we went to put our name on the list for a 2022 Honda Odyssey and they ended up having a 2021 model on the lot. Christian Allen did a great job of showing us the van and walking us through all of the logistics, and the rest of the staff did a great job as well. They gave us a good deal on both the van and our trade-in. We are already very happy with the 2021 Honda Odyssey and can't wait to have it carry our family around. THANKS!

Stockton 12 has the best customer service of any dealership ive been to. I placed a deposit on a 22 Civic Si and they always kept me in the loop with updates while I was waiting. My dealer was Faith and she was awesome to work with. Never tried to upsell me on anything and was always upfront with costs. Will definitely be going here again and will highly recommend Faith and this dealership to anyone looking for a car. Thank you to everyone involved, I love this car

The salesman CJ in fleet is horrible he has treated my mother absolutely horrible and she swears and loves Honda bought a 2012 civic 4years ago and was looking into upgrading her car. Overall my experience has been amazing and hugely thank you to Jason Le for helping me on insight to the new civics for my 2016 accord. And everyone is service helping me warranty my headlights.
