She is the sweetest! I purchased a 2021 330i and could not be happier! The sales manager, Frank, was very professional and really listened to me to give me the best possible experience. In finance is where I was really wow’d with my experience. Julia the finance manager really took her time to explain everything in detail, reserved her patience when I asked a million questions, and was dedicated to close the deal with what I was happy with.
