Roush Honda is fantastic! I had driven my previous vehicle for 18 years and the buying experience has certainly changed over that time. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment we first arrived at Roush, during the selection / test drive experience, through the financing process, and finally getting the keys to my new truck. I can’t say enough nice things about our salesperson, Brandon Blair. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. The finance team was also great to work with. I was impressed with the facility and everyone who worked at Roush. The entire process was super easy and I never once felt pressured about anything. It was clear that Brandon and the rest of the Roush team were genuinely interested in delivering an enjoyable customer experience! Kudos to Roush Honda!

This is best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. From the moment I pulled on the lot I was greeted and treated with respect and courtesy. I wasn’t sure if I even would able to get financed as my credit was virtually non existent but my car salesman Rodney James and his sales manager Ray Moore worked their magic with such ease you could tell they’d done it a thousand time before and drove off in my new to me 1 owner low mileage Honda Accord. I would give more stars if it was an option and will definitely recommend them to any and everyone that is looking for a nice car and a awesome experience.. Thanks guys you are the best…

Had a great experience here purchasing a Honda Accord. Lee Cohen was my sales person and was very honest and straight forward. Excellent customer service and really the most pleasant car buying experience I have had in a long time. I was even picked up from the airport which was really going above and beyond.

Ordered a 2022 Civic Sport Hatchback Sonic Gray Pearl in Late February and finally got it. Was it a long wait? Yes. Was it a deal? Yes. Was it worth the wait? Most definitely! My salesman Jeff Ward was great and gave me weekly updates on the status. It was such an easy process and everyone from the finance guy to the service guys were great. This car is for my son and he cannot be happier. (the spoiler made it even better). We plan on doing all of our service there as well. Thanks Roush.

The whole dealership is extremely kind, welcoming and truly has your best interest in heart. From the sales associates to the gentlemen who gave us our quote to the finance specialist, our experience with each person was truly delightful. Brandon Blair is the absolute best salesman. We came in with an urgent need for a vehicle. He had us test drive the CR-V and HR-V, but as he was busy and we wanted to test drive some other vehicles before we made a decision we had left for the day. We ended up going out of town for a week but Brandon kept us in mind and reached out the day we got back to let us know there was a CR-V that fits our needs that was available to take the same day! He was able to pull the keys for us and we came over within 15 minutes. Even after that we were still nervous to purchase the vehicle but they gave us the time we needed to decide without pressure. If you ever decide to purchase a Honda, make sure you come to Roush and contact Brandon. I guarantee you will not be disappointed and you’ll be taken care of. You will get a competitive, fair price and will be well informed.

I had a string of bad luck that led to me having to purchase a vehicle pretty rapidly. I was able to navigate the website with ease, and find the car I wanted quickly, due in part to the details listed, and the quality of the pictures on the site! That was not even the best part though, I met Rodney on the lot on Saturday, and he was awesome! He was a "no-pressure" salesman that was super honest and open with me about the car, and the financing options available to me. I will 100% be returning to Roush Honda in the future. I had a great experience buying from Roush. My interest was buying a 1 owner, low mileage Honda. My sales representative, Jordan Smith, was amazing and really listened to what I was looking for. Jordan even acknowledged the fact I already knew what I was looking for so he gave me all the information and help I needed. He was attentive to my time since I had limited time the day I stopped in and he kept checking with me as the paperwork was moving along. Even 4 days later, Jordan Smith texted me to check how I liked my vehicle and to let him know if I needed any assistance with features of the vehicle. I’ve never had a follow up like that after purchasing a vehicle. Everything was smooth and all personnel were helpful. I would recommend Roush Honda, especially working with Jordan Smith.

Recently purchased a 2022 Passport and I have to tell you, best car buying experience I've ever had! Rob the sales manager was great at initial contact, and Shawn Risner was an AWESOME Salesman. He was supportive, clear in communication, and has a great personality. Seth in finance was great too. Could not be happier about the work this group did for me to get me the car I've been wanting. I will be back, but hopefully not for a long while with my amazing Passport ;-)
