I worked with Steve Y. and couldn't have had a better experience. I am OCD when it comes to cars and he took tons of videos, pictures, answered all my questions, etc. When I picked the car up, it was exactly as advertised by him. Super nice guy and was excellent to work with. If you buy a car from Rick Hill Imports, ask for Steve.

Customer service is terrible. They had my car for 8 weeks for a recall and didn’t return any of my phone calls. I had no clue about anything about my car or an estimated date. Never offered any help or had any concern for me, the customer. The new secretary is really nice, but the rest of the staff expects you to pay an arm and leg every time you have a service. Never going back.

Should be ashamed. Calling themselves a Porsche dealer but not having anyone to service your brand new Porsche to even change the oil. Claiming someone will be here in February now after not having a tech in 60+ days. Rick hill should be so pleased to see this place going to hello. Nice cars, terrible facility and no service. Buy your Porsche in Knoxville, you will be happy to have someone who can service your premium product in a nice facility too

Worst experience I've had at any dealership. Customer service did not exist at this dealership. The lack of communication and attention to detail was shocking. I didn't buy my Mercedes at this dealer, maybe that's why I was treated so poorly. I hope they treat their own customers much differently.

Purchasing a car out of state couldn’t have gone any worse for me.. Monday June 14th.. I worked directly with the General Sales Manager, Mike Fraysier. He was very helpful and communicative with sending photos and videos of a 2014 VW Touareg. During that week he insured me that the car had gone through a thorough inspection. Knowing that this car was at a Porsche dealer, I felt confident they would have serviced and inspected a VW as they should have. So, I booked my flight to purchase the vehicle. Friday June 18th.. I was picked up by Jerry Godsey. Very respectful and I felt like I was being treated with the respect any customer should. Once I arrived at the dealership I was shown the vehicle. This is where things started to take a slight turn. Exterior was clean and appeared as the videos sent. I was the. Told the AC was suddenly not working. The interior of the car was not fully detailed. During the test drive we could tell the tires were not well balanced and there was an issue with the front brakes. The resolution proposed, Mike would have the tires balances. He would also take $1200 off for me to cover the cost of AC repair and front brake replacement. For a local buyer, this seems fair. For someone about to lake a 5 hour drive back to NC, terrible news. It was about 95 degrees that day. Silly me, I thought this would be ok and that no other issues were present. Monday June 21st, within 500 miles the check engine comes on, car is now in limp mode and there is oil splattered all around in the engine bay. Vehicle wears taken to a local mechanic. Saturday June 26th I contacted Mike via text and email with several issues. Including a major oil leak, EGR faults, torn air filter etc. no reply. Tuesday June 29th.. text and called Mike as well as Jerry. No reply to voicemail or text. Wednesday July 7th.. called to speak with Rick Hill. Left a message with the front deck. She was very kind. Thursday July 8th… called back and no reply. Today marks 3 weeks of ownership of this vehicle and I have not been able to drive it safely. Yes, this was a used vehicle. But if a used vehicle is serviced and inspected as it should be, a buyer should have peace of mind within the first few months of ownership, or at least the first few weeks. What a terrible sales experience, terrible follow up and customer service. No decency to even call someone back. Buy at your own risk here.

Called in from out of state regarding a GLS. Spoke to one of the most unprofessional and rude sales person. Once I told him I was calling from New York he goes "I don't know why you guys keep calling, are you exporters or something" Like where did that even come from I was interested in a GLS for my family, owning an S-Class and this is how Mercedes treats there customers??? He could have politely said "Unfortunately we are not allowed to sell outside of our market" but no he wanted to talk like an A Hole.

I just purchased a car from Rick Hill and can truly say it was an awesome experience. Shannon was more than kind to my wife and I and worked to make the experience as seamless as possible from beginning to end. I never felt pressured as I have at other dealerships. I drove from out of state to purchase the car and Shannon emailed me to follow up, and called to make sure we made it back home safely and ensure there were no issues or concerns with the car. My wife and I were very impressed and would highly recommend working with Shannon and the Rick Hill Imports team.
