Jaswinder Singh is a very pleasant and helpful salesman who made the entire process from start to finish a comfortable and pain-free experience. I really needed a particular car that is in very short supply and on allocation. Most people wait several months to get one, but he managed to get me one in less than a month. I had a few special requests regarding the prep of my new car and he personally made sure they were taken care of and not overlooked. A few minor issues to make note of. Because of their location they don't have a customer parking lot. You will have to park on the street and feed the meter. Also there were a few small math errors in the sales contract. Some in their favor and some in mine. As is always a good practice everywhere, read and check important documents before signing. To those who have not had as good an experience as I did, all I have to say is if you are pleasant, patient and understanding of what is going on at the moment, most people will treat you the same way. If you are demanding, obnoxious or acting entitled, expect equally rude treatment. Jaswinder wasn't the only person whom I dealt with during my purchase. I found everyone that I dealt with polite, respectful, friendly and willing to answer my many questions (I am a very detail oriented person who likes to understand all the ins and outs of everything) without getting annoyed or trying to rush me. Maybe there is a bad apple there, but if so I didn't meet them. EDIT: While the sales process was very good, as described above, it turns out that the people who prepared the vehicle did not do as good a job. So far, I've discovered four large rubber plugs that are supposed to be installed under the car to prevent corrosion left in the glove box instead of being installed. Also, the cargo area all weather liner was not properly installed, with the portion that is supposed to protect the backs of the rear seats when folded down, instead just being flipped over and left laying in the cargo area. Additionally, the front all weather floor mats had not been locked to the floor as they are supposed to, which can be a safety hazard if the mat slips forward. So if you're looking to buy a new Toyota, this is a great place to go. If you're looking for service, I suspect you will have to go elsewhere. Obviously, no matter where you buy a new car, you should go over it thoroughly looking for problems and oversights.

We came into Toyota in search of a new vehicle. One salesman went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. Lester Jones gave us exemplary service. There was absolutely no pressure to buy yet we did walk away with a 2022 Highlander. He was so patient, kind and even helpful with our 2 young boys. Overall, a great person that made our experience so much easier.

Attention, friendliness, commitment - the tact of employees. Alexey Korobov, the salesperson, was always in touch, answered all questions in a timely manner and with pleasure, very friendly and professional, I am very pleased with his service 👍 Thanks to Steve, the finance manager, for his responsiveness and willingness to help the client. I would recommend the center to everyone.

I love the energy and enthusiasm of Adrianna at the plaza. It was my first time at the plaza and she made a good first impression. Adrianna was my mentor and helped me out so much. She made sure all of my questions were answered. And really goes above and beyond to provide full transparency before I purchased and clears up the confusion. Doing the best she could to gather the most information available regarding my questions. I appreciate her patience and care by checking up on me. Five stars for this service, no complaints! Plaza Toyota is the best place to buy a car. Go see Adrianna she is the best. She was patient, funny, helpful, and caring. She want me to be happy with the car I choose. She never force me into something I didn't want. She gave me all the best options for my budget. She made the experience phenomenal. The best part was when she got in the car with me to give me a better experience on how the car worked and the laughter we shared together. She made it seem as if I was buying a car with my best friend. Her communication skills was on point. I will always go to her for a car. Plaza Toyota is very professional and give you all the best options for you. They do not rush you into getting anything you do not want and they always find the way to get you the exact things you are looking for in a car. I love my new car.

My experience at Plaza Toyota has always been positive especially with our sales person Jaswinder Singh. It is our second time transacting business with him. First experience in May 2021 when we purchased our Acura RDX but unfortunately it was flooded out. Second time in October 2021 with our Acura MDX. We have developed a positive relationship with him. I think I’ll stick with him if there’s a next time! Thank you Mr. Singh!

We came in for an appointment that was made over the phone. After arriving, we were told that there was some sort of mix up and they couldn’t fit us in. This was initially very stressful, until an employee, Amy R. took over. She took the time to explain how the error happened and spent over 45 minutes trying to correct it. She was beyond patient, given the situation. She truly went above and beyond. Her willingness to help and kindness throughout was impressive. They did a great job on the car and we will definitely use Plaza Toyota again. A special thank you to Amy though. She was wonderful.
