Just pickup my BMW X4 today wait it about 2month for a custom-made ones. Pick up process today it was very smooth. Person who helped me out was Eddie, great people so does everyone who work there very friendly. If you are shopping for BMW this is the place to go. Oh and I forgot to mention I request no 4 in my plate Eddie really help me out with that,Thank you very much Eddie.

Top-Notch customer service experience from Eddie, Sunny, Joe, Faydee, and Michael at Orange County BMW. From the moment I walked in, Eddie and Sunny were truly professional, and extremely helpful throughout this entire process. Eddie went the extra mile to let me test drive a M model car which I requested before coming in and in all fairness not many BMW dealership allow test drives on M cars so that was awesome. Eddie was very easy to communicate with and overall it was just a seamless process working with him. I worked with Faydee and Joe doing the financing for the car and I have to say that they are very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful walking me through the entire financing process and answering every questions I had in regards to all the financing terms, warranties, packages, and etc. The entire process with Eddie was just truly outstanding & quick and I am so glad that I went with him to purchase this M4. I was out the door with my car in no time. All the paperwork’s, NY state inspection, registration, plates, and everything else were done very seamlessly and quick. Honestly speaking, this was one of the best experience I have ever had at Orange County BMW. I highly recommend everyone to Orange County BMW. Ask for Eddie when you walk in and trust me you won’t be disappointed. He is always available through texts and calls and even after purchasing the car when I reached out to him for certain things that I came across, he and the team made sure I was well taken care of and that’s the best thing about going to a dealer that actually takes good care of their customers with any concerns. This dealership has always been excellent to deal with. They pick up my car when I need it serviced and drop off a loaner for a day. I once accidentally left a bag in the loaner and they drove it to me the next morning! Always happy with them!

Orange County BMW is the shadiest company and not representative of the experience you think you’re getting with the brand. My husband and I drove from Boston looking for a specific car. We checked it out, took it for a test drive, paid a $1,000, and made an agreement to buy the car. They were “fixing it up” for us to get it ready for delivery, and we didn’t hear updates for almost 3 weeks. We had an independent inspector check out the car who told us it was in poor condition, with dents and dings that were not there when we looked at the car. When we asked our sales rep, Tim Tamsen, for updated photos he refused to provide them. We knew something was up and looked him up online only to find out he is an ex-lawyer who was disbarred for dishonesty and theft. At this point, we decided to pull out of the sale and requested our deposit back. They completely ghosted us for days. We contacted the manager, Sunny Shuman, who apologized and said he’d refund the money. While it initially looked like he was going to keep his word, Sunny then reversed the payment! We only got our money back because we contacted our bank and disputed the charge. These guys are total crooks, literally. They will lie and steal from you. Find another BMW dealership that is actually reputable and representative of the brand. This place is the opposite of that.

My family had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle from Orange County BMW. Out of all the dealerships I’ve visited over the years, the customer service here was 2nd to none. We found the vehicle we were looking for at a competitive price when compared to others on the market. Our consultant, Maddie, was awesome. Also, the finance team was able to find a very appealing loan rate. Will definitely look here first when searching for more BMWs in the future!

It appears that based on the unhappy reviews, that I dodged a Bullet! I also visited Orange County BMW. I scheduled an appointment to view a car. Once there it was apparent the car had NOT been prepared/inspectED. Sales rep also insisted on a deposit to simply submit for finance. Is he unaware that I can apply for finance on the BMW website with zero deposit lol. As I now read the unpleasant reviews.. Everything makes sense. I had also suspected that they were dishonest, and after reading the reviews, my suspicions were on point I know next time to trust my instincts.

The OC BMW team I worked with was very friendly, courteous and helpful (Janine, Mary Kate, Joe and Eddie). Pricing was competitive and fair to what's out there in the market. The transaction went smooth and seemless. Joe was precise and quick when it came time to the paperwork and got me out of there driving my X3M Comp. no time. Definitely recommended!
