The staff at new country BMW always rolls out the red carpet for me when it comes to service. It truly starts from the moment you pull up. You are greeted by very nice individuals and the service writer. Ryan was astounding. If I had any issues or concerns. He was very prompt with all of his responses and he got everything done. The technicians that worked on my car or fabulous they sent me a video going into detail about all of the work and components of my vehicle, and gave me status updates as to how much wear some of the components have had. My experience at New Country was by far the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had… and I have purchased many new and used cars over the years. Karim, my salesman, didn’t make me feel like he was pressuring me even a little bit. He listened to what I was looking for in the vehicle, he offered some suggestions based on my needs and we test drove a car.
