I have been taking my car for service for over 3 years. I bought my car in Chicago, but this place is closer to my home, and I am so happy for that. Their customer service is excellent. Their thoroughness to fix and find issues that may be a problem is excellent. And they are very reasonable people who are mindful of your time and money spent there. I would recommend their service to anyone who wants honest and thorough service.

They made sure they provided me with gap insurance and explained warranty options to me as well as calling banks to get my monthly car payments way lower. Had a terrible experience with them. Sold my 2020 Acura tlx back to them. I had a super difficult time with coming to an agreement on price. I was in a lease and they were going to get my car at a discounted rate so for that I wanted a little compensation. At first I was told they could offer me nothing but to walk away Scott free, I told them it’s fine I’ll go somewhere else to get a better deal, I couldn’t leave because they were holding my keys and wouldn’t give them back. After I told them I was going to leave they started offering me money for the car. After me getting upset they finally came to an agreement I wanted. Then they told me I would have the check within 3 days max. Here I am 3 days later now they’re telling me a week. I have had nothing but issues since I went in here. Please let my foolishness serve you. Do not buy a car from here their thief’s, service is terrible make you wait 3 hours for an oil change, they make false promises. Do yourself a favor buy another car not from muller. And absolutely don’t sell your car to them! Hope this serves you and learn from my Mistakes!

My experience at Muller Acura was very pleasant. My salesman Jimmy Evans went above and beyond to ensure that I left out with a new car. John, in financing did his job as well. I will definitely, refer my friends to them.

Very nice experience with that morning but they were very busy. Was able to get a later appointment the same day. Didn’t take a long time for the work to be done. Car came clean and looked amazing.

Very disappointed with Muller. Went through the online process of getting a value for my trade in which I know isn’t the final value and can very. But was insulted with amount they wanted to offer since I was offered almost $3000 more just the day before from another dealership. Was told they had no room for negotiation. So if you do their online process and receive a Certificate of Possible Payment do not trust it , you could end up wasting your time .

It was a pleasure servicing our car at this location. Excellent customer service with professional attitude. The entire experience was pleasant from beginning till the end. Recommend.
