Bought a 4-year pre-paid repair and maintenance contract (see sales sheet he allowed us to photograph) from this Acura dealer from the Finance Manager in 6/2018. We said we never drive many miles more like half of the maintenance service mileage requirements and would not get all the services. He claimed if you do not use the miles then annual service requirements by year would override the mileage requirements. Even though this contract was loaded into our profile, when we tried to use this contract at 30k miles last week before the end of our 4-years, we were told by the service manager that contract was NOT valid because the Finance Manager did that himself and he and the GM were let go. I argued but it was like talking to a stone wall. He said we got our monies worth on previous services. That was not the point of the prepaid contract. They said too bad he was never authorized to offer that. Unreal and will never buy from Acura Los Gatos again.
I found my dream car in this dealer in their used cars fleet. I call them and create inquiries online to get to see and test drive the car the same day. I finally reach someone and schedule a test drive. I was at the location; however, the salesperson seemed to be not very happy to see me, didn't do any greeting like saying 'Hi' and wasn't communicating, I was pushing to make him understand, I was here to buy a car. And he asked for my car insurance papers to test drive. I said to myself; OK, this is maybe how they do in this dealer or this is not a salesperson. When I got in the car he was huffing and puffing. I didn't really understand what was happing in his mind but I was there for the car, not the behavior. Anyway, I did a test drive of the car and loved it. After giving the keys to him, I said I wanted to buy this car, and He literally said: "Do you want to buy it now!?" with a rude and angry tone. I understand that; he really didn't want to sell that car to me and get rid of me from his sight. That was funny and annoying. I gave up to buy my dream car because of that person's attitude and how he treated me. All being said, that was not I am giving a negative review for this place. When I was leaving one other customer arrived. And he suddenly started acting like normal dealer salesperson. Like laughing, smiling, and greeting them. and then, I realize, I am an immigrant in this county that explained his behaviors towers to me. Reminder: IF YOU ARE NOT WHITE AMERICAN, DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE SELLING JAPANESE CARS!
Excellent customer service! Anthony Lam is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything in details and kept me updated for accessories that I ordered for my new car. Paper work was completed fast and smooth. I was very impressed with this dealership. Thanks Anthony and Los Gatos Acura for the great service.
I have a lot of confidence in the experts at Los Gatos Acura. The service department always does a wonderful job. They address all of my questions, and are so very helpful. They take the time needed to resolve any issues/questions. George was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, and the cashiers are very sharp.
I really enjoy this location. They have great staff very helpful and very knowledgeable. Every time I go in, they always give me the best service possible. I usually walk in the same day without an appointment and get in and out in about little more than an hour. I recommend Los Gatos Acura to all my fellow Acura vehicle owners my favorite part of the service is the car wash coupon that they provide as a courtesy. The car wash alone is worth about $40 so in my opinion that’s a great thank you for your business or cherry on top.
I worked with Tony who is super helpful in providing all the information in regards to the car I was interested in and acted proactively in closing the deal. Within half hour I had the car keys in my hands and took the vehicle away. Tony is reachable any time I need anything related to the vehicle. I am impressed with overall experience so far.
I had been stranded in the middle of a trip and was towed to the nearest Acura - which was Los Gatos. I was greeted basically right when I arrived and taken care of immediately. It only took 1 hour and I was on the road. They all were very pleasant and made the experience less stressful for me. I’d highly recommend them.
George, service manager is the best. He listens to you so that he understands what the need is to be fixed. He keeps you informed along the way for any changes, updates and of course when you car is ready. Best service at Acura over Lexus and jaguar.
