I would say 5! Do to the fact that your employee pointed out to me that there could be a issue when using the Auto Butler machine and a modification on my truck. She explained to me she was worried it could damage my truck but I still ok'd it. She went above and beyond and polished my hood by hand to prevent any damages. She took alot of pride in her job and was assuring the best customer service she could provide. She needs a raise! And I very much appreciated that. She's the reason yall are getting 5 stars.

I'm driving my third Tacoma. All three were purchased at Kinsel. My sales associate had the truck pulled up front when I arrived after work. I drove my new truck off the lot 90 minutes later. Best customer service around. Thank you to the staff who stayed late. This was the easiest purchase I've ever made. When I get ready for my fourth, I will be back for sure!
I was surprised that things went as smoothly as it did, since I had not bought a vehicle in 7 years and the process had changed a bit. Communication by text to include the initial 500 to hold the vehicle. The actual “paperwork “ part went well. Finally the vehicle (Toyota ) is worth the money…….. All in all it was above average, it was good.

The dealership is fantastic but the thing that made me a customer and keeps a customer is Gabe Pruett the Internet Sales Manager. The dealership was more than fair, especially when dealerships don’t really have to cut amazing deals anymore. What Gabe did do was find the exact truck I was looking for, beat the Houston dealers price and had it brought to Beaumont. The truck is perfect and I know if I have any issues Gabe and Kinsel will be there to help get the problems resolved. Stop shopping….. email Gabe……seriously……you’re wasting time……. email him……. Now…….

I’ve purchased the last 3 vehicle’s from here. I’ve always been given the best price on trade in and on the vehicle I purchased. The purchase of the vehicle has always been fast and didn’t take all day to get into my new vehicle.
Beware of this shady and unethical dealership!! On last week I took my 2006 Camry to have my oil changed ONLY for this bias and discriminatory dealership to NOT change my oil but place a sticker in my window as if the oil was changed and charged me $67 for a service that was NOT rendered!! I call them unethical because they turn their noses up towards people who drive older cars and provide them a half a** service!! Stay far far away from this place!! I won't bother calling them because all they do is lie and be shady!!
