I brought my BMW in for its first service visit. First class all the way. Very professional. Lots of communication before, during, and after. They have a wonderful shuttle service that took us to the mall for a few hours and then brought us back. I even received a video from the technician updating me while they worked on it. Matthew kept in touch with me the entire time, and even checked in a couple days later. So nice working with an establishment that is so professional and is so good at what they do.

I wanted to say thank you to the team at Kelly BMW for their professionalism and attention to detail in taking care of me. With the craziness in the auto market due to shortages, it's tough to find a new car much less a dealer that you can trust nowadays. But Bill Reifsteck at Kelly BMW focused on transparent and open communication and truly formed a relationship with me which ended up with me in a new BMW! No pressure interactions and always left me with a feeling that the car buying timeline was on my schedule - not theirs. Kudos to Kelly BMW and please check them out if you are in the market for a new car!

I had the greatest experience buying my new 2023 X7 M60i from Steve Topolosky at Kelly BMW. I had such a great time working with Steve who is extremely knowledgeable and a true professional in every way. He made the entire process very easy and walked me through all of the options available and the technology built into these vehicles. I test drove a 2022 M50i and decided to order the new 2023 X7 M60i that was only a few months away for production—well worth the wait! Steve went above and beyond all expectations and can’t say enough about how great he was to work with; and the entire process was really pleasurable and fun. I enjoyed the process so much that we ordered a 2023 X7 M40i for my wife. Steve kept in regular contact and gave updates after we ordered. Steve was a great help with our selections and options. On the day we picked them up, we sat down with their BMW Genius (Technology Guru) for about an hour to go over most of the technology basics and we plan to go back with a list of Qs to learn more about some of the tech. My M60i is a monster and so much fun to drive! Thanks for the great experience, attention and care that you provided! I am very impressed with the BMW Apps---My BMW, BMW Driver’s Guide with animations, how to videos and info on everything from Controls and Driving Tips to Navigation, Entertainment and Communication, References, etc. Best car buying experience! Late 2021 I called and got ahold of a sales rep (Tom Augustine). I had never ordered a vehicle before so he walked me through what that process would be like and was very helpful. A month later I came in, sat down with Tom, and put in my order for a 22' m240i. The whole process from ordering and taking delivery went smooth and everyone there was very helpful throughout the way. I will say, however, the tracking process of where the car is and info about build timelines, the dealership is not able to be as helpful as calling BMW Customer Relations directly. If I were to do the process over again I would stick with Kelly BMW and my sales rep Tom Augustine.

My husband and I have been Kelly BMW customers for over 20 years. Over this time span, we have always received excellent service from Gordon Rhea, Service Advisor. He has always provided answers to our many questions and clarified any points; however minor, related to the care and maintenance of our vehicles. His thoroughness and professionalism is consistent and of a high caliber and is very much appreciated. We have also received excellent assistance from the entire staff, regardless of position. If you are planning on purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle or require service for a vehicle that you currently own, we would highly recommend Kelly BMW for quality service and expert care. In terms of customer satisfaction for both purchasing and servicing, Kelly BMW is the absolute best in central Ohio.
