Initial salesman, Tony was very helpful over the phone and followed up with me consistently after the car I was looking for, an HR-V had arrived. I came in and was assisted with the test driving by another salesman, Alberto who is super kind and patient. The financial negotiation part went well and the whole team nailed it down at the detailed level to make sure I understand the leasing terms and the agreement; leadership personnel even went extra miles to satisfy my request over some adds-in. Overall excellent experience at Honda of Escondido and definitely recommend it to future Honda shoppers.

Best Service Department. And I'm not joking when I say that. Ivan was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole time my car was at the service department. Then when I picked up my car the clerk at the (I didn't get her name) was helpful as well. Then I met Stella, her costumer service was amazing she gave me more insite about the issue with my car but also gave me answers. Then to cap it off my car feels amazing when I drove away like a new car. Not sure of the techs name but he did an outstanding job. If could give them 10 stars they would get 11 from me!!!!
