Edited to add: it's pretty disappointing that the service staff calls, texts, and emails multiple times the week after my oil change telling me how important it is that I fill out their survey and give them 5 stars (if deserved but if not 5, to reach out to them before) but the second I do and email a response to the service staff letting them know the nice things I said about them but also to pass along to the managers to possibly rethink their tactics on getting someone to do a survey, it's crickets. A simple response thanking me but also apologizing for the excessive survey requests would have been nice. I still believe the things I wrote below for my initial review but it now makes me feel like the kindness I have seen up until now was insincere. ----- I feel much more comfortable coming here to get my car fixed than anywhere else! The service reps are all friendly and as a female, I think comfort is important when picking a place to go get your car serviced. I have been to other dealership service centers and I always feel like they are trying to get me to pay for things I don't need... and I never ever feel pressured to get something I don't want. It is seriously a no-pressure atmosphere! This last time, I got my oil changed, and Brent, although it only being his first week, was extremely helpful and friendly. It was very busy since it was towards the end of a Friday and instead of just leaving me alone the whole time, Brent made sure to come update me throughout my time there. I also appreciated that he made sure they cleaned my car inside and out. I will definitely be asking for him the next time I come in!

Our experience with Goodson was the best car buying experience we've ever had. We appreciated the upfront and honest pricing (unlike their competitors in the Dallas area where they would add in "$7,000 market adjustments" or "mandatory packages that Acura mandates" to the price of the car). Their communication and consistent check-ins on when our car would be delivered were much appreciated (since we are not from the Dallas area and had to plan to drive 6 hours). And they truly bent over backwards making sure that we were cared for and had a place to work while our new car was being detailed. We currently don't live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area (we live 6 hours away) but when we're in need of buying another car we will absolutely visit Goodson again.

11-16-22: Acura Goodson in Dallas Texas showed very good customer service. I needed my oil changed. They were quick, polite and the service rep. was honest and he told me the truth about what I needed done to my vehicle. Not trying to add service on that I didn’t need. My service experience was absolutely amazing. My service writer Khane was great! He kept me informed of the progress. Gave me a return daye that was right on the money! The most amazing part was the loaner car!!! That means a lot to me when I choose a dealership for my service work. They were going to give me a loaner for just an oil change 😳. Then to top it off they brought my car to me because I was so busy I couldn’t make it to the dealership to pick it up!!! I give 4 thumbs 👍👍👍 👍 if I had them!! Keep up the good work Goodson Acura!!!❤️

My fiancé and I are from Indiana and decided to stop by Goodson Acura while we were in the DFW area. The dealership was so great, that we ended up leaving with an MDX! Kevin was awesome. He took us on a test drive and showed us all of the technology features. The GM was also super personable and kind. 10/10!

Goodson is the best experience I have EVER had with ANY dealership let alone my experience with Acura, I did not even know that dealership service could exceed my expectations the way they do. I recall being driven to breakfast when they we're working on my car last and picked up upon my call to them very efficiently for free. My car is always spotless when they clean it for me. Everything is reasonably priced and they work fast; and never try to upsell me. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Excellent experience I highly recommend.

Goodson Acura is an excellent place to buy an Acura! We just bought our third vehicle there and everyone again was absolutely wonderful from sales (Adam) to finance to the receptionist (Darlene) they’re just great people who really make sure you have a great experience with integrity at every step! Brandon was amazing! He was patient and explained the whole buying process to us. We are buying out of state and he instilled confidence through the whole transaction. We wanted accessories added and had to modify the order multiple times which resulted in a few calls. He did it with a smile on his face. Thank you Brandon!
