This dealership is phenomenal!!!!!! You walk in and the staff are super professional and polite. You’re not made to feel harassed to buy a car!!! They are very knowledgeable and provide you with soooo many details about the vehicles you might be interested in. Details I didn’t know existed! Whether you come early in the morning or late in the evening, they take their time ensuring you feel valued. We came late in the evening and left with a fabulous baby! Despite it being late at night, the staff still took the time to show me everything about the car and even set up the applecar play. You are able to get in the cars to see how the fit and how comfy they are (we have kiddos so I like to get in the back car seats for comfort). Test drive away and choose the car that fits your needs and budget. The financing was super fast and they find you the lowest apr. we were soooooooo impressed. While you wait, they have wifi, plenty of space, waters, coffee, specialty coffees and much more. They also have a store with accessories for your Acura. There is a lot of confidentially because of how spaced out and large the dealership is. The service depart is outstanding! We called ahead of time for the oil change and tire rotations and, again, pure professionalism! Acura came with a 100,000 mile mechanical and electrical warranty and we paid extra $30/month to extend it to 150,00. The restrooms and appears to have Mr. Clean come by and clean it lol. 10000000% satisfied.

I took my car in for service in the morning on a weekday. Jeff was knowledgeable, friendly and straight forward with the charges and warranty coverage information. They offer drop off and pick up transportation services but I already had a ride to work lined up. Acura texted me when my car was ready for pick up. It was actually finished before the time stated which was a plus. I also received an email to sign off on the service performed along with additional recommended services which I opted out on. I'd recommend this service and dealership.

Service started out well until he Jorge lied about what I needed to get the car and then wanted to ask me for a bunch of information unrelated to the car and put it on my application claiming it was going to help me. Lied about appraising my car and just wanted to inspect it. Told me all I needed was my license and insurance and then wanted to start asking me about what I did for a living and paystubs once I arrived at the dealership expecting to leave with the car when I asked him in advance what information I needed to bring. Will never shop here again

The Acura RDX was in flawless condition, priced better than any other dealer with a comparable RDX, and the transaction was simple, hassle free, and zero games. My Wife wanted to replace her 2006 Acura. She knew exactly what she wanted, a white RDX with a light colored interior. I began a nationwide search, and e-mailed a dozen dealers. I received a mixed bag of responses. When I e-mailed Elk Grove Acura, the response was professional, to the point, and answered my questions. I did prior research on the Elk Grove RDX they had for sale used. It was purchased new at the Elk Grove Acura dealership, and traded in at Elk Grove Acura. It had complete maintenance records, and all maintenance was done at Elk Grove Acura. Provided great confidence as I live over 700 miles from the dealership. Elk Grove Acura was so professional I purchased the car sight unseen, I had confidence in their product and their ethics. I overnighted a check, and flew out the following week to pickup the RDX and drove home. I flew into Sacramento on a Sunday morning, took a Uber to Elk Grove Acura, did a quick inspection, and was out the door in under one hour. That easy. We have owned the RDX for two years now, and not a single issue. The only thing we have had to do to the RDX other than put gas in it has been oil changes. The car has been flawless. I am in the military, and travel away from home often, many times for weeks at a time,. The Elk Grove Acura RDX we purchased provided me full confidence that my Wife has a dependable car, especially when I am working out of state. The pictures with the review were taken today, over two years since the used RDX was purchased. It looks the same today as the day I picked it up. I would, with full confidence, purchase my next vehicle from Elk Grove Acura. They sold me a wonderful used car, priced better than any other dealer nationwide, and did everything they said they would do. Simply the best vehicle transaction I have ever had.
