East Bay BMW has once again surpassed my expectations with their service and quality products. This is my second time leasing a car from them and my Client Advisor-James Ylagan went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect vehicle that fit my commute and budget needs. The entire car buying process took a little over 2 months because I wanted a specific car at the right price point. James checked in with me on a weekly basis and kept me updated on the new cars they received, and advised me of their options, special features/packages, interior and exterior colors, prices, etc. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and always exhibited care and patience, when I expressed a concern. His actions demonstrated that he cared more about making sure I got a car that checked all of my boxes, over just making another sale and that made all of the difference for me! East Bay BMW gave me absolutely great experience. No matter what problem I had it was taking care with accommodations to my situation, making sure that my safety comes first. Jim Burke and his team performed great care for my car. I definitely can say - this is the best service team that I have experience with. They organization , updates on progress of my car, making sure that I have replacement car if I need ,it was always there for me. I felt being cared for and not just a number in line. If you need help with your vehicle- that is the place to visit. I am very grateful for all their help.
I recently bought 2022 x3 from this dealership. The entire process was effortless only because of Jason Burger, the internet sales manager. It was very pleasure working with him and took care of end to end process and listen to customers empathetically without being a typical “sales guy”. He worked with me patiently, understanding my requirements to come up with the best pricing, took care of my old car trade. Followed up with me proactively all the way till delivery. The five stars are only for Jason for all his great work!
Simply put we all love buying a new car but all dread dealing with salesmen and dirty sales tactics. We all just want to have an honest transaction that we can feel good about and not feel taken advantage of. But always remember the car industry is trying to maximize profit for the dealership which means they are trying to take advantage of their customers. Be very careful because if it seems to good to be true it is. Their online tools and “quotes” are very convenient but are misleading and will leave you scratching your head as to what’s happening once you talk with one of the “sales managers”. What you think should be pretty straight forward conversation will turn into questions as to how you came to get such number and how these are just estimates. For anyone making a trip out to this location based on any information online should think twice as it seems they like to make you come out to their location with misleading numbers and make you wait so long that you end up just taking a bad deal because you invested so much time and energy. Take your hard earned money to a dealership that will appreciate your business. Their are plenty of other places to get a vehicle and if they don’t earn your business don’t give it to them. This industry needs a major wake up call as consumers are sick of having to deal with terrible purchase experiences. No one spending this type of money should have to deal with people who don’t appreciate their customers. Customer service is being lost and it shows. Dealerships should have a flat profit margin and should be transparent on each vehicle sold. Profits should not fluctuate based on how well they can trick the customer with their sales training.
Have been searching off and on for a Toyota Sienna and went on to look again this past Saturday June 4th and saw a hybrid sienna at a great price locally which was a huge surprise. Texted and got a hold of John who invited me to come in the next day. I could not be more happy with the service John provided and on his day off no less. He made me and my family very comfortable and made the process an absolute breeze. We hate long processes and John was able to get everything done on their part in 45 minutes. So happy we got John and so happy with the service we recieved and no hassles. Thank you John for coming in on your day off to help us. Excellent experience and most important taking into account our time.
Had an excellent experience working with Susan Tran and her manager, Logan! I recently purchased a certified pre owned BMW from them and Susan made the experience seamless and she definitely bent over backwards to work with me. She was able to show me specific cars I was looking at in short notice and worked hard to get me a good deal in the end. All in all, I had a painless experience working with Susan through the buying process. Also Chris from finance was also very helpful, walking me through all of my options and not putting any pressure to add extra packages or anything. He simply helped me understand my options and worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted. A+ team over at East Bay BMW!

Just picked up this X5M Competition from Eastbay BMW. Mike Sutton was fantastic throughout the whole process. Super patient, answered all of my questions, addressed all my calls and texts. I will be coming here next year to get an SUV for my wife and also two children. Fiorella, The BMW Genius, was a tremendous help for me to better understand all of the capabilities of the car. Lastly, the general manager, Joe, was super gracious and accommodating. This dealership has always been first class when I’ve dealt with them on past service and repairs for my older BMW M4. So glad that I found a dealership that I can trust and work with. Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a BMW!
