At no time did I feel pressured to make any decision I wasn't comfortable with. The facility was nice and clean and staff was very helpful. Went into the store a couple of days ago looking to get into a newer Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. The team was phenomenal with the whole experience! Steve was the sales person sold me my new CR-V, he made the experience fun. I loved chatting with him, he made it seem as we had known each other for years. Fast, friendly, reliable, easy approach to sales and service over the course of 3 years. I just got my second Honda from Classic Streetsboro (a 2020 Civic EX lease to a 2023 Civic Si lease). I highly recommend sales agent CHARLIE GERBRACHT: he's detail oriented, knowledgeable, and his no-nonsense approach to sales is refreshing. He's always been open to my questions and never rushed me. He consistently presented information in a remarkably neutral and objective a manner - like more of an advisor than a sales agent - and makes things very clear throughout the process. He's also very responsive: my Si was delivered around noon, I got a call within minutes, and within 6 hours I test drove and started signing. The service dept has made everything smooth and easy; even the waiting area is conducive to working while you wait. I honestly could not ask for anything more.

In the last 4-5 years, we have bought 3 cars and sold 1 car to Classic Honda. We service all our Hondas at Classic too! It is the most professional, caring and knowledgeable dealership EVER!!! Just the best! Try them and you won’t be sorry!!

Horrible customer service. I have a 3 yr lease on a 2020 Honda Accord 2.0T, the car is in perfect condition inside & out as I baby this thing. Only 31300 miles, on my 2nd yr. All within warranty. I go on lunch yesterday and every single warning light comes on simultaneously out of complete nowhere. Along with not allowing me to change drive modes or even use the settings in the infotainment system! I call and speak to a young girl about what do I do in this situation and I was shocked and not sure of my options as CLEARLY there was something malfunctioning within this car. She was rude, condescending and had a horrible attitude offering no advice, support or direction other than “ well, what do you want to do “. And trying to talk through it with her led to nothing as she was clearly careless. The car is within WARRANTY and obviously having some serious malfunctioning issues that have nothing to do with me.

Our sales rep Tony/Anthony Fiorelle was great! I was there shopping for a car for my teen son and we sorta had an idea of what we wanted but due to inventory we had to make some adjustments and with doing that Tony made it easy to narrow down our choices. We managed to leave the dealership in a better car than what we went there to get all with the help of Tony and the finance department. I highly recommend the dealership and the sales rep and look forward to doing business there again. Thanks Classic Honda!

I stopped in the dealership a few weeks ago looking for a car and Charlie was able to help me find the right car for me. Along with Charlie, another salesman Tony assisted looking through some cars while he was busy with another client.
