Our dealer was Abe and he was fantastic through the whole buying process. He was intelligent about the vehicles and services offered. My family and I were interested in a brand new 2022 Odyssey and were able to buy one same day. We of course had to wait for it to arrive to the lot which took a few weeks but the wait was worth it. Purchased March 12th and vehicle arrived March 24th.

Visited this location to get a new key fob programmed to my Honda Pilot. Very nice staff, and short wait time to get the car worked on. Also a spacious building with many places to make yourself comfortable!

From beginning to end, Savannah, Greg and Adriene made this purchase a breeze! The care and attention that they provided was exceptional. Savannah was my first point of contact. She provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision about the worthwhileness of taking the hour drive from Hoquiam to Olympia, on a Wednesday after work no less, to test drive a particular used vehicle I was interested in. She was quick in her responses to my emails and texts, friendly and knowledgeable. From something as simple as making sure I had a bottle of water, to the more comprehensive dealings of pricing, warranty, financing and trade in, Greg and Adrienne conducted themselves professionally as well as in a friendly and always respectful manner. Their prices were competitive and their trade-in allowance was reasonable. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant, competent, professionally dressed, and focused on making their company stand out among the crowd. They succeed in doing this! Great Customer Service hands down! This was my 4th location I test drove at and they made me feel very comfortable. They had a good selection of cars and I found one I loved and in my price range. The finance department was great they got me a approval for a low Apr way lower then I was expecting and I have mid 500 credit score, plus I was a first time buyer so I was impressed in every aspect. Car runs great and it has been several months now so 5 stars from me and my husband. Definitely worth coming down to check out!

Our experience with the service center at Capitol City Honda was poor. I was having electrical issues with my Honda CR-V. So we took it in to diagnose the issue. It was determined that I needed a new radio. We ordered a new radio through them. But we chose to install it ourselves due to them charging over $300 for installation when it would only take 10 minutes for us to do it ourselves. When we installed the radio we had issues with it right away. It was making popping noises and the power would cut in and out to the radio. We reached out to Gus who we had been working with, including a video of the radio malfunctioning. Because we installed it ourselves, they weren’t willing to exchange the new radio for a different one and really weren’t helpful with resolving the issue. Our only option through them was to pay hundreds for another new radio. We ended up buying a refurbished radio online for a quarter of the price to install ourselves, and it works great! I would highly encourage anyone to steer clear of their service center if you possibly can. We have plans to buy a new Honda this year and will be traveling to Tacoma due to the lack of good customer service we received at Capitol City Honda.

Nathan Young was our sales associate and did a great job. He was fun and informative. We were in no rush to find the used car that fit our family needs. He helped us look for over a month before finding the one that best fit. Nathan, Steve and Vivian all worked very well together to ensure it was a seamless process.
