We had a dead battery in our Honda after attending a burial service at the cemetery across the street from this dealership. We called to see if the service dept was available but they were not that day. We were able to get the battery jumped by another family member, and as we were leaving an employee from the Acura dealership showed up at the cemetery to see if there was anything he could do to provide further assistance. This was going way above and beyond!

Spent some time looking around and visiting dealerships over the past few weeks. I kept going back to an Acura TLX as my choice. I made a phone call to Bob Lindsay Acura. I talked with Tim Lipsey explaining I have a strong interest in one of the vehicles listed in their inventory. Tim informed me he wanted to put hands on the vehicle to ensure they still have it. He confirmed it was in stock. Perfect, we set an appointment, where I learned it was his day off. I told him I can make another day. Not necessary, I would be happy to meet with you. On arrival the car I was interested in was inside a customer viewing area. The car was spotless!!! What I found really amazing is every employee I encountered during my time walking around looking, both inside and outside of the building greeted me. I came prepared with research on the vehicle I was interested in. Not needed, they exceeded those figures in their offer. I received what I considered a very fair deal for both of us. Amazingly I went through a seamless very professional negotiation and purchase. My experience here rates this dealership and staff as Fantastic!!! 3-13-18 I'm back for an oil change and tire rotation.Honsetly this is the best dealership I have dealt with. They definitely are interested in their customers first. No pressure sales at all.

I was provided a very nice loaner while waiting on service. I literally have no complaints. I would definitely purchase a car from them again in the future.

I bought a certified Acura in the summer of 2020. Several months later I needed service and was told because it was certified I would have a loaner car brought to me and they would get my car and take in for service. They knew I lived in Champaign when I bought this. It took several weeks to get this done. Overall it was ok because it was not urgent. Fast forward to this past Friday. My car had an emissions issue and needed towed in. I called the dealer, talked with Mark in service who started with excuses again about Covid and my distance. I told him these are not my problems and I want a loaner and my car taken in. He gave me the number to Acura roadside assistance. What a joke. Hung up on, tow ordered and then cancelled due to costs. I call Mark again and he agreed that the roadside is not good and said he would take care of it. Finally around 6 pm a tow came (9 hours later) to get the car. He told me he would bring me a loaner on Saturday. All day Saturday no car came and no call from Mark or anyone in service to let me know. What a disappointment. Once the sale is over the service stopped. Look forward to calling the GM on Monday to see if they will get me a car to use.
