I bought a BMW from this dealership and I had the most phenomenal sales experience!! Matt Tillman is an exceptionally great guy and I’ve never seen someone give such excellent customer service at any car dealership! He was really kind, took the time to listen, and helped me with my order. He always kept me informed during the whole process as well and provided updates. I’ve gone to so many dealerships in the past (Audi, Lexus, etc.) but nothing matched this experience. So thank you BMW of Sterling!! I HIGHLY recommend Matt and this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car!

Jose gave me the time of day when several dealers I attempted to work with locally here in North Carolina would not. Jose was happy to take care of me even as an out of state sale and ordered me a beautiful 2022 M4. He kept me informed of the progress through production. I did have to wait nearly 3 hours on pickup day as Sterling was short-staffed with only 1 Finance Manager working, but overall my experience was pleasant, smooth, and free of hassle or high pressure. I would do business with Jose and BMW of Sterling again and it was worth the trip from Charlotte, NC to do so. I have family in Brambleton, VA and will urge them to do business here should they decide to step into a BMW for their next vehicle.

Jose was very professional from beginning to end. Jose was prompt with communication and responding in a timely fashion. When I arrived at the dealer he was very welcoming and very hospitable. It was a good feeling to know he was knowledgeable of the BMW brand explaining vehicle specs features, definitely an asset to BMW. Jose made my purchasing experience a good one, super glad he was appointed to help me with my new car.

My experience was not one to recommend a customer to purchase a car from. I was working with Matthew Tillman. He was very responsive until I wasn’t able to proceed with purchasing a vehicle from him. I put down a deposit for the vehicle and he never informed the finance department that I was due a refund. He stopped answering my calls, texts, and emails. I even informed him that I was one to write good and bad reviews! My husband and I had to call several times to speak with a manager in which they never called us back after leaving several messages. We finally was able to get into contact with the finance department and they informed us that our refund request was never submitted by Matthew Tillman. Unbelievable!!! If you’re thinking of purchasing a car from this dealership…DON’T. Drive a few miles to one of the top performing BMW dealerships in the nation instead - BMW of Alexandria. Work with Nichita! I’m sure you’ll get better customer service there as I did! He was able to get me in a 2023 BMW instead of the 2022 I was going to get at Sterling. And I traveled from Atlanta, Georgia for his customer service!

I am very happy with my new BMW X5. Jose kept me in the loop on production and the car arrived within the original quoted timeframe. The dealership was extremely busy around the time that I made my purchase but Jose was efficient and made it happen as quickly and smoothly as he could. Jose's customer service skills go above and beyond the initial sell. He will be there for you after you purchase as well. I highly recommend you go see Jose Zapata Rivera for your BMW purchase!!
