BMW of Peoria was great to work with throughout the shopping process. I had the pleasure of working with Haley Steffen, as my sales associate. I felt that she respected my time, was quick and thorough to respond to my requests for information, honest with what she knew, willing to enlist help when she didn't know, and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we could come to a deal that both parties could agree to. She, and the rest of the staff I worked with, definitely made the buying experience a pleasure. As a plus, by dogs enjoy riding in the car too.

This was an exceptional dealer experience! Ken Reardon was our Client Advisor and provided incredible attentiveness to my wife and I in spite of juggling multiple customers on a couple occasions. We ordered our car from him and he kept us updated through the build process and even got us pictures of our car being delivered to the dealership on his day off! All of the sales staff is energetic at fun to be around. Clinton Leman is a very busy GM and yet was also available for some needs that he handled personally. I highly recommend BMW of Peoria for a luxury car brand that is not snobby and won’t look at you strange if you drive up in a non luxury brand to trade in or just look around!

Ken was so knowledgeable and personable, and answered all our millions of questions and had such great conversations with us. He was telling us about his daughter whom he loves very much, and it was very endearing and inspiring to hear about her. Also, Clinton was super helpful and patient with us while we were finalizing the deal. He has many many years of experience, and that is evident with how great he is with customers! I had a great experience buying my new car from BMW. Zach was my sales person who I contacted by phone after seeing the car on line. He and the staff rolled the red carpet out for me during the buying process. Zach was available at any time to answer my questions. Even after the purchase was complete. The tire sensor needed replace after the paperwork was complete and Blake the sales manager made sure I had an appointment to have it replaced at their expense. There was a follow up to make sure all my needs were met and I love my car. I would highly recommend Zach and Blake to anyone looking for a new car at BMW.
