My experience purchasing a car from BMW of Montgomery was excellent. I worked with the sales manager Mr. Danny through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and went above and beyond. The finance manager, Mr. Robert, was organized, prepared, and very through during the entire signing process and not pushy at all with warranties and such. The GM, Mr. Roger was a delight when congratulating us on our new purchase. Overall BMW of Montgomery made my new car purchase so easy. Highly recommend!!

Got my new SUV today! Ashley and Danny were perfect in making this whole process as smooth as possible. I have to say that Ashley, in the guest experience department, who facilitated almost every part of the transaction from start to finish was amazing. She followed up daily, even if it was after hours to make sure the process was perfect. Have never received customer service like this at any dealership. BMW of Montgomery was outstanding to work with! We had visited to look at a used 328i but it wasn't quite what we were looking for. Our salesperson, Calvin, took some notes and said he would be in touch if he found something he thought we would like. About a week later, I got a text letting me know he got in a low mileage trade and asking if I'd like to see it. I went in and we loved it. We ended up getting an almost pristine 2009 328i with incredibly low miles. We couldn't be happier! The entire staff was great.

Beware of the service department! I took my car in on 02/23/2022 for a recall service. While waiting for the courtesy ride I was asked if I also wanted an oil change, being that I had 2000 miles left I opted out. I received a call, while at work, a couple of hours later and was told by Bryan Brasington that I had a major oil leak. I had taken my car in with no oil leaking and no service lights on other than the oil change maintenance indicator. I was shocked and asked them to explain when they offered me a payment plan for repairs totaling $834.23. The material cost $187.64 and the labor was $539.88. Bryan sent me a video that did not show an oil leak but a small amount of oil that was in the general area of the gaskets, etc. I left work and immediately went to the dealership, he attempted to show me the leak again. This is the same BMW that I attempted to trade in in 12/2021 and was told that I needed $5K in maintenance which affected the trade in value. This $5K included 4 new tires and brake work. I asked about the brakes as I was reviewing the multi-point reconditioning report and was told that the tires (6/32+, no damage) and the brakes were fine (I am currently reading 7K miles for next maintenance). I took my car directly to Firestone for a second opinion. The staff at Firestone evaluated my car, put it on a lift to show me and there was no oil leaking through to the engine, no lights on and the oil read fine. Also, the manager asked if I had seen oil leaking in my garage or anywhere else, the answer was no. I was near panicking but the Firestone staff did everything possible to reassure me. I got an oil change at Firestone in appreciation and asked them to do a brake/tire inspection, all was fine. I called the maintenance supervisor at the BMW dealership and left him a detailed message and asked him to return my call, no call to date. I have been concerned about the major oil leak since and recently took my car to be inspected at Firestone again, no leak. I am now sharing this experience because I feel more comfortable that I didn't have a major oil leak and the dealership attempted to take advantage of me. Two of my female co-workers who own BMW vehicles also shared with me that they paid for similar repairs after being told that they had a major oil leak. I don't feel that this is a coincidence.

He exceeded my expectations from his initial greeting to his knowledge of the car, to his stellar treatment of me that proved that chivalry is not dead, I relished every moment.
