Our sales associate, David Lindensfelder, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire purchase process. The staff we met at Fields BMW were all very helpful and courteous, and entirely focused on customer care. They gave us a fair price on our trade, and no insane markup on the price as other dealerships had done, even though it was the last X3 30e available anywhere in a 200-mile radius. We're very much looking forward to getting our 10K mile service at the dealership as they provide complimentary breakfast and lunch made by their own in-house chef. We've owned several Mercedes and Volvo cars/SUVs, and this is our first BMW purchase, but it won't be our last.

BMW of Asheville provided excellent service. We were surprised that they took a video of our car to show us what they checked. Michael was excellent as usual. He kept us informed and advised us on how long it would be before the car was completed. The car was completed before we could even use the loaner car. We enjoyed having lunch there while we waited. It was excellent! This is the most customer oriented BMW dealership that we have ever been to.

All I can say is Wow..Patrick was amazing getting my car in quickly for a diagnostic after my check engine light went on while I was traveling through Asheville to Fla. I was very upset and he took such great care to get my car in and fixed quickly. Upon arrival Elliot was so kind after he saw my distress and promptly got the ball rolling. Kudos to the service at this dealership! So thankful for them and their caring and kindness to my situation! Makes me wish I lived in Asheville. 5 star service all the way!!
