Bergstrom Acura- Acura dealer in Appleton

I had the most amazing experience today at Bergstrom Acura! From the moment I reached out, Tony Rosenfeldt demonstrated exceptional customer service. This is my first Acura buying experience and Tony made it easy and I felt no pressure at all. He was educational and joined in my excitement about my purchase! I highly, highly, highly recommend Tony and Bergstrom Acura!

Recently purchased a new Integra from Bergstrom Acura. We worked with Parker King. The overall experience was tremendous and unlike anything I had ever experienced before at a previous dealership. After the test drive, Parker and his manager quickly appraised my trade-in, and put together a detailed proposal, which listed the price of the new car, the trade-in allowance, and all taxes and fees. When we went to take delivery the following week, the price we ended up paying matched exactly the amount on the initial proposal, no surprises! The trade-in allowance was generous and there was no "economic adjustment mark-up" fee on top of the MSRP of the new car, like some other local dealerships have used. If I am ever in the market for another Acura, I will definitely go back to Bergstrom Acura of Appleton, and specifically request to work with Parker, assuming he hasn't moved on.

Very disappointed with the service center. Not the technical service itself but the fact that the actual price charged was almost 50% higher than both the verbal estimate and the written estimate. And when I politely asked for an explanation I was led around in complete circles with all kinds of jargon thrown at me. Worse still they seemed to insinuate it was my fault for not understanding how they had quoted. So if you do take your vehicle there, you either should have expert level knowledge on their internal systems, or should ask for a “all in, not to exceed cieling”, or be prepared to get sticker shocked and pay a lot more than you expected.

Great service with people who aren’t out to take advantage of you! I was assisted by Tony Rosenfeldt, who made my transition into my new car a pleasant experience! Well-Spoken, Knowledgeable, Professional, Friendly etc. Wish I could give them a 10/5 but 5/5 will do.✅

Just a poor experience overall. I sent 2 online inquiries on a specific used vehicle which was listed at their Acura dealership. After 2 days of zero response, I called the store and spoke to Parker, a sales rep. I told him I was from Fond du Lac and new to Bergstrom. Holiday Automotive in Fond du Lac offers top-notch customer care and hoped for the same treatment, but it wasnt the case unfortunately for me. We proceeded to interact via email and I got a trade valuation through email. No follow up phone call, no explanation, other than telling me to go sell it on my own if I didnt like the number, in a two sentence email reply, a day after sending pics of my trade and info. Parker did get my name correct after multiple emails calling me "Scott" and not Todd. I opened the dialogue with Bergstrom saying I wanted to buy the car, apparently they didn't care if I bought it or not. Lesson learned. There definitely is a difference in how dealerships actually demonstrate customer service.

The best, friendly service every visit. They treated my vehicle as if it was their own. I have been going to Bergstrom for years and will continue for many more. Rick Erck.

In late February, we returned to Bergstrom for our second Acura purchase. This time we had the chance to work with Allie England and she was fantastic. She listened to our requests and had us out the door with our new MDX in a timely manner. We always have great experiences at Bergstrom Acura and this time was no different! This is why we only buy from Bergstrom (our last 9 vehicle purchases were from them)!

Recently purchased a used car from Bergstrom Acura. The staff went out of their way to bring the car to Appleton from a different city simply so I can test drive it. The team was very friendly, attentive and professional. Smoothest, no hassle, purchase I ever made!!! Thank you to the Bergstrom Acura Team!! I am very happy with the car and very much enjoyed doing business with you!!!
