I had a negative experience with this dealership about a used Mazda I was interested in buying. There was some minor damage to the rear bumper. I was mislead by the salesman, Luis, who told me they would repair the bumper without telling me that they were only going to touch-up the paint. The paint they used was not even the color of the car, and it looked worse afterwards than before. Had I been told that all they planned to do was touch-up the paint, I would have not proceeded any further with this vehicle. The correct way to repair the bumper is to replace it, not touch up the paint. I do not recommend this dealership as they were not honest with me as to the true nature of the repair that they planned to do on the car.

the good: Luis was helpful and worked hard to get me my Cadillac. They delivered a clean car and a full tank of gas. Finance didn’t have any additional hidden fees. I received good professional service. The bad thinking I was going to get one payment and rate and ending up paying a higher rate at 21% apr!! Fortunately very very fortunately I was able to get approved at 8.5% and refinanced my loan in less than a month saving me over $12,600 on interest!!!! I know finance is outside the dealership but don’t understand the huge discrepancy between there approval and Rategenuis in less than a month. My score and income is exactly the same!! Also I shopped for an extended warranty I was able to get a 5 year unlimited mileage warranty bumper to bumper for only $2000 with primer auto protect. the dealership price was over $6000. It just shows it can save you thousands if you shop for a better rate and don’t accept dealership finance partner rates and warranty prices.



Buying a new car is difficult lately due to supply chain issues but I was lucky to work with our sales rep Isabel. She was very diligent and made sure she kept me informed with their inventory of cars. It took a while of waiting until the dealership was able to secure the exact car I was looking for. Isabel contacted me immediately to let me know and to start the process. It took a few more months to actually get the car but Isabel kept me well informed of what was happening each step. Her efforts of communicating with me made me feel at ease until the car actually came. Overall Isabel was very professional and at the same time was also very friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her to friends and family.

I thought the low beam headlights of my car were down but they verified it and said they're working fine and that there's no need to spend money on replacement. Alright! I went to 4 different dealerships and spoke with a couple more for my Honda CR-V, and I must say that I had the best experience with AutoNation Fremont.
