If you skip the details below: Consistent indifferent/bad service. Did not repair what I asked for. Very poor communication. Came in for my oil change and was acknowledged and told that some one would be right with me, while he sat at a computer and did not appear busy. Another employee walked into the bay and greeted me 'someone will be right with you', he sat at computer and stared at it. Waited 9 minutes to be talked to. I understand you are processing orders or handling something at the computer, yet it was clear they were not happy with their jobs or ready to help. Dropped of my keys and went to work. I got a call that the car was ready by another employee that was a very poor communicator, I also got an email after which was good. The email stated I had a nail in my tire so I called back and asked if that could be patched. Again, another employee that said 'yeah sure it will happen'. I wasn't convinced so I called back yet again to request a tire patch. I came to pick up the car, had to call to see if it was ready since they didn't call me back. I arrived and again was barely greeted with no other customers present (which makes sense now). Trying to remain factual but it felt like I was interrupting their break. I was serviced by a cranky employee, I looked at the receipt and asked if they patched my tire. He said no, at this point I don't even care since I was not charged for it and had to get back to work. I just wanted to leave. I have been going here since 2013 when I bought my car. This place is a hard fall from what it was. Indifferent service, repairs not made, and a general sense of no pride, no care, nor any semblance of a Honda dealership. This has been common lately so I finally I am writing about it.

Very impressed with the customer service here! Will definitely come back! Took my car in for an oil change but ended up needing to replace all 4 brakes. They had the parts available and provided me a loaner-vehicle so that my car was available to fix immediately next day. They were able to fit me in the schedule without notice, which eliminated any delays in my travel to another state the next day. They were definitely busy and seemed short staffed but their employees handled it with grace. Very grateful that All Star Honda was able to fit my car in! I even received a few texts after to ensure everything was okay with my car. Great follow up and customer service! Thank you!

Overall my first experience here was just okay, I feel like it could have been better. Service advisor was really quiet and didn’t try to sell me anything extra even though my car is 12 years old with 155k miles and is due for more than just an oil change. He could have recommended every single service and I would have bought it. My tires are also at 3/32nd and he didn’t even bother recommending tires or putting together a quote. I’m going to give the service department another chance when the time comes but I plan on going to a different service advisor to see if my experience will be better.

I needed an oil change for my car and this was my first time at All Star Honda. Terrell C. helped me with my oil change and did a full inspection on my car. Anything that needed to be fixed on my car Terrell explained it to me thoroughly and got me a quote on how much it would be. I appreciated his help very much! The Honda service’s spoiled me with excellence for almost 4 years. This was the reason I switched there from Toyota. Today Kevin A took care of me - no smile, no questions if I have any coupons, just typing bill and telling me price. I said I have a coupon. He made another bill. I told him my air conditioner doesn’t work good. He said it will cost $399.00. My car is 2 years old, I have warranty and while waiting for my service to be done, another worker told that it should be done for no charge. Usually I wait about 40-50 minutes for oil change and tires rotation. Today I waited 1 hour and 50 minutes. I love Honda dealership for the wonderful people working there, but Kevin A is not one of them☹️

Fantastic service! We stopped into this dealership looking for a civic. We were helped by Chris and he was amazing! I’ve always found the process of purchasing a vehicle to be quite stressful- but not in this case. Chris was very professional when we discussed the necessities I requested for my future vehicle, but he also made it a relaxed and (quite frankly) a fun experience!



This was my first time at All Star Honda. I was so impressed with their care and concern personally for me and my car. They were so kind and hospitable. They were proactive in meeting all my needs.
