Without question the best car dealership experience I’ve ever had, Alexander worked with me from the start to make sure I was able to get the exact car that I wanted and I cannot recommend them enough! To start, we did not buy a vehicle here; however, we did have a great experience compared to other stops we made on Chapman.  Jacob came out to greet us and answered all of our questions.  We told him we were comparing sizes for small SUVs, and at no time did we feel rushed after telling him we were not purchasing today.  He even took the time to go over features in the car.  We stopped three other places before and after Acura and were not even greeted or given the time of day.

We don't have an Acura dealership in Clarksville Tn where we live, so we drove to Chattanooga (roughly 2 hours away) to look at the new MDX.This Dealership is top shelf. We had a great experience with them purchasing our 2023 MDX. They didn't have the color and options we wanted, but our salesman Jay said they were allocated one and he could ask for the color and options we wanted and order it.
