I visited Acura of Columbus, located in Dublin. I was greeted by very welcoming staff and met with Vaughn. What a super helpful and great guy. He was very informative and the process was quite easy, given some particulars that needed to be taken care of. All the staff was so great. Any questions I had were answered right away and with ease. I ended up buying a wonderful new car and I would 150% recommend Acura Of Columbus to anyone. Thanks again!

Absolutely blown away by our purchase experience with Vaughn for our new RDX. No gimmicks, very straight forward, no BS. We knew we would be waiting on our order, just like everything else given the current environment, but he kept us up to date every single week on when our build week would be and when we should expect to take delivery. Also appreciate Trey in Finance, again, no pressure, super helpful, couldn’t have asked for a better sales experience.

My MDX is a 2012 model but I love it and will drive it for another year. I always have it serviced at Acura Columbus. On Tuesday August 16 I brought it in for a car wash . I’m always impressed with the polite young men that great me . I needed a battery replaced in my key fob. I was directed to parts and a very sweet service tech took care of that for me. I will definitely buy my next car at Acura Columbus as their service and technicians are the best and treat customers with respect .

Working with Acura Columbus, and specifically sales associate Sam McHale, was effortless from our initial test drive to the delivery of our 2023 MDX Type S. Sam communicated and set expectations every step of the way! Additionally, he went above and beyond coming in on his day off to handle our trade-in, deliver the MDX, and give us a 45-minute tutorial on the features and technology on our vehicle. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a new Acura stopping by and seeing Sam!

Beyond pleased with the customer service provided by Acura Columbus. My car would not start, it was after hours but I decided to text the service number anyway. I was extremely surprised when John, the dealership owner, responded that one of his technicians would call me to see how they could help. The technician knew immediately it was my battery based on my explanation and even was kind enough to offer to walk me through jumping my vehicle of necessary. I took my car to the dealership the next morning without an appointment and they got me in. Not enough gold stars for this type of customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vaughn was absolutely amazing helping us find the perfect car! He was so incredibly kind and this was by far the BEST car buying experience we’ve ever had! TWO Separate reviews. Sales and finance 5/5 service 2/5 Bought a used BMW in June. The sales process was smooth. The financing manager was great. There were a couple of hiccups that were handled professionally and politely. Sales and finance get a 5/5. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends. The car was supposed to have been serviced when the dealership accepted it as a trade in. I get the car home and the past due service light pops up. I let our salesperson know about the light and he looks into it and realizes it was never serviced. They got me scheduled a week later for the used car service. Spent 2.5 hours waiting on an oil change and inspection from the service department. This is something that should have already been done to the vehicle and is something you would have thought they’d expedite. Again this is something that should have already been done to the vehicle and while I appreciate them trying to make things right, waiting 2.5hours is not what I had in mind and should have been communicated to me beforehand.
