In current times the automakers offering hands-free driving are Tesla AutoPilot, General Motor SuperCruise and Common AI’s open pilot that signifies the interest of today’s driver is in an easier way of controlling the car.

Ford announced that its Active driver assist (with hands-free mode) will come in its new models; the first two models that will receive this feature is the 2021 Ford F-150 and all-new electric Mustang Mach-E. Not all the trims will get this feature as standard, higher trim will feature it as standard.

In F-150 the Ford co-pilot 360 active 2.0 package can be added for $1,595 and Mustang Mach-E is part of the Comfort and Technology package for $3,200 that includes heated steering wheels and seats.
